Privacy Policy

SellMore Marketing, LLC ("SellMore") is strongly committed to protecting the privacy of our online guests, clients, members, and friends. We do not retain personally identifiable information about such persons -- such as their names and postal and/or email addresses -- without such persons' knowledge and agreement.  In choosing to provide any such information or by using any website of SellMore, or communicating with SellMore by email, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of SellMore's Privacy Policy (the "Privacy Policy"). The Privacy Policy is outlined below.

Privacy Policy For Online and Electronic Use
We believe that maintaining privacy on the Web is extremely important and we hope you will read this Privacy Policy carefully so that you will clearly understand both our commitment to you and your privacy and our method of collecting and using information. This Privacy Policy only applies to data gathered on the SellMore Web site located at www.getnewclientsnow.com (the "Site") and does not apply to any other Web site. The terms of this Privacy Policy govern all interactions with SellMore through either the Site or email. A link to the Privacy Policy can be found on SellMore's home page of the Site and on every page on the Site.  

Information Provided by Visitors
You may view the Site without providing any personally identifiable information. However, in order to have access to certain information, such as a special report, registering for an online webinar, or any other kind of electronic or verbal response from SellMore, you must knowingly provide certain personal information about yourself ("Personal Information").  If you choose to provide Personal Information to us online, you will be asked to provide personally identifiable information that may include name, email address, postal address, and telephone number (your "Profile").

Children Twelve and Under
SellMore does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under thirteen years of age.  Visitors twelve years of age and under should remember that they are required to obtain an adult's permission before submitting any Personal Information to this Site or any other Web site.

Disclosure of Information
SellMore will not sell, trade, or rent the Personal Information you provide to us.  Any Personal Information you provide to us at the Site will only be used by SellMore or its authorized representatives to respond to your requests for information or follow-up contact.  We may compile and provide aggregate statistics about our visitors, clients, sales, traffic patterns, and related site information to third parties, but these statistics will not include any personally identifying information.

SellMore may release Personal Information when such release is reasonably necessary to comply with the law; enforce the terms of any of our member agreements; or protect the rights, property, and safety of SellMore, the users of the Site, or others.

We may notify you by e-mail about events or activities related to SellMore that we believe may be of interest to you, or to alert you about new offerings or other promotional events.  If you do not want us to use your e-mail address to contact you for these purposes, you may send an e-mail message containing your name and postal address with your request to clientcare@SellMoreMarketing.com.

Emailing SellMore
SellMore tries to respond to email messages requiring a response within two (2) business days. We try to respond to  service inquiries within twenty four (24) hours.  If you email SellMore, your message and email address will be forwarded to the appropriate department within SellMore.  SellMore may choose to save this information.  SellMore is pleased to hear from you.  However, any message, material, business information, ideas, concepts, or other information sent to SellMore by email will be treated as non-confidential and non-proprietary.

Third-Party Service Providers
SellMore may engage reputable third-party vendors in order to help us manage our Site and allow us to better service our visitors and clients.  SellMore requires its vendors by contract to maintain the confidentiality and security of SellMore information to which they are provided access and restricts the vendors from using the information in any way not expressly authorized by SellMore.  SellMore's Site may also contain links to other Web sites that are not vendors of SellMore. Once you leave the Site, this Privacy Policy will not apply.

Warranty Disclaimer
This Site, including without limitation all services, software, functions, materials, and other information, is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.  SELLMORE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, WARRANTIES OF QUIET ENJOYMENT, NON-INFRINGEMENT, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, DATA ACCURACY, AND INFORMATIONAL CONTENT.  SellMore does not and cannot guarantee or warrant that the files available for downloading from this Site, if any, will be free from viruses or other code that manifest contaminating or destructive properties.  SellMore does not warrant that this Site, materials, or services will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of Liability
In no event will SellMore, its affiliates or other third parties mentioned at or in this Site be liable for any damages, including, without limitation direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, damages resulting from lost profits, lost data or business interruption arising out of the use, or relating to the use or inability to use, this Site, whether based on warranty, contracts, statutes, regulations, tort (including but not limited to, negligence) or any other legal theory and whether or not advised of the possibility of such damages.  Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Connecticut notwithstanding any conflict of laws provisions.  You irrevocably and unconditionally (i) consent to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts in the County of Hartford, Connecticut (the "Connecticut Courts") for any litigation or dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement, (ii) agree not to commence any litigation arising out of or relating to this Agreement except in the Connecticut Courts, (iii) agree not to plead or claim that such litigation brought therein has been brought in an inconvenient forum, and (iv) agree the Connecticut Courts represent the exclusive jurisdiction for all disputes relating to this Agreement.
